In addition to Brian’s high-level technical skills, he also has the willingness and ability to assist those with lesser knowledge and does so with a non-critical and understanding demeanor.  I frequently heard praise of his skill as well as complements on how pleasantly he executes his tasks. I consider myself fortunate to have worked with him and am always hopeful that my next IT relationship will be someone “just like Brian.”
